Horn is driving me crazy! Please Help

Horn is driving me crazy! Please Help
Ok, I have a 92 4.0 and my horns just quit..... so far I have determined that the fuses are good, and the relays are not bad. I did this by pulling the relays for the fuel pump and replacing the horn relays .... with no change
I then borrowed a volt meter and figured out the horns are not getting any power , and that's where I'm at
I would greatly appreciate any suggestions and since my inspection is coming I'm in a bind

Not sure if it has any bearing but around this same time my radio antenna, the clock memory,the power seats and locks quit working as well.....
