Question Hopefully last on no buS

Got the jeep out of the carspitle today for $417. What Dave said is that anytime a no buS (spellchecker hates that, and so do I) signal appears in your odometer display a sensor is shorted to ground. The thing he said to do is to unplug 1 sensor at a time until the signal goes away. Logic (which I didn't use to start with would indicate the CKSP or the CPS as the first thing to unplug. If you do the work yourself only disconnect the battery for a short while as a long disconnect causes the car to forget itself when starting back up. So learn from my mistakes .
