well my brand new suction/discharge manifold for my a/c system was burned by my belt and now ther's a hole in it! 
obviously the rest is okay im wondering if theres anyways to plug the hole and still have it hold the 300 or so psi of freon?
i cant weld so thats outta the question

Lol, just kidding. If you can't weld, the only other thing I could suggest is trying some hard-core rubber tubing, epoxy, and hose clamps. Anything else will just crack off at that high of psi AFAIK.

what about jb weld? apply it around the edge of the hole and let it dry, repeat that until the hole is covered then go over the whole area with a few coats, should be good to go

take it to a hydraulic line repair shop. maybe they can patch it for you. They have some pretty creative ways to fix lines. Fittings rated for 3,000psi and up. Give them a shot. Our shop sends out our power steering lines out to get new rubber sections put on cause they usually leak at the crimped section. Done for like $50 a pop. Much cheaper than a whole new line.
