how do you reach the blower motor resistor???

how do you reach the blower motor resistor???

Holy crap I can see the thing through the glove compartment but it looks like I am going to have to tear the dash out. Please tell me there is an easier way!
My Cherokee is a 1999 and the fan only works on high.

If it's similar to my '94, there's a kick panel under the passenger dash that can be removed, and the blower resistor is behind that.

Got it! What a pain in the butt. I had to remove the glove box door to get at one of the screws holding the kick cover on. Always lots of fun removing and replacing screws by feel only.
