Hissing after using AC
So as it stands, I should just leave it?
The freon pressure about 30psi (just in the "full" when using a gauge). I just bought some more froen, as I thought that was the issue, but maybe I don't need it?

If it's blowing cold I'd leave it alone, compressor cycling is normal when on "Norm" and "Bi-Level". Pressure doesn't show you how "full" an AC system is. To be done fully right you'd need to evacuate the system pull a vacuum on it and refil it with the proper weight of refrigerant using a scale. Pressure also varies based on ambient temperature. For the average shade tree mech a pressure reading can be close enough but if you want it done by the book it needs to be weighed when going in.

At this stage I will just leave it. The levels on my gauge haven't dropped in 6+ weeks and it is blowing bloody cold, so it is good enough.
I appreciate your time and help!
