AC help
So my ac is not working great except when in the shade I was thinking I should insulate it. Think this sounds bout right? I wouldn't care the girl just complains so want to get it working for her.

Get an AC pressure gauge from the parts store and see where your Freon levels are also make sure that your compressor is coming on when you turn on the AC.

Also make sure your heater control valve, (and vacuum lines), are hooked up. It eliminates the flow of hot coolant from the heater core when in the cold temp. setting. Otherwise the AC can never overcome the heat in the HVAC box as the air flows through it, regardless of the condition of your AC system.
