I have a 95 2 door xj sport and I'm trying to find the hinge pins tried Napa advance auto zone they done have them and can't find then tried the dealer they don't have any said they have been discontinued. anyone know were I can get 2 pin sets from or what type of modification I can do if you can't get them to fix my saggy door?

 

use two 3/8 (or maybe 5/16) bolts with long shank/shoulder. cut off any excess.
you will have to drill out the bushings to accept the bolts, but it's easy once you get the doors off.

 

Alrighty. Would it be worth doing the doorless mod? Think it would be neat having it doorless or are the 2 door models just a pain?

i forgot to add the nuts in my post, but i hope that was obvious.

i'm sure there's a write up somewhere on the interwebs for using a bolt and nut instead of replacement door pins.
