High RPMs, long crank

I haven't messed with the manifold bolts, as I dont have a torque wrench.
I tried figuring out where that hose goes, but once it goes into that tube it's lost. I would have to tear the whole thing apart to find it.

No torque wrench needed just put a regular wrench and snug them up ,don't go heman on them...youll no if there looose

That's most likely what that hose is for rears washer I bet.As for vent they don't switch them selves is what im asking especially under highway or hard acceleration correct.
