Basically Positive seems to want to catch fire when you turn it over.
At marker 1:09 and 1:20-1:23 you will see the smoke coming off the lead

Things that have been done to troubleshoot:
New Battery
New Starter Relay
Replace Fuses in Fuse Panel
Crank Shaft Sensor

 

Easy, that connection sucks. Replace at least the terminal if not the leads as well. Is there a reason why the engine didn't start?

Get rid of those junk connections. I can't stand when people crush wires on the battery terminals like that. It drives me bonkers. That is wrong. Don't do it. Sure, it works, but my god only like 1/2 the wires are touching and the connection is super weak.

Use Crimp rings and then put the bolt through that to hold it down.

Buy some new charging wires while you're at it. Yours are trash.

Engine Not Starting is the main issue.
Just troubleshooting a piece at a time.
Figured that short may be cause of it.
If you have any other ideas throw them at me

 

Like the others said replace the connections and make sure that they are tight. A bad connection can cause a lot of problems.

 

Your problem is that that what appears to be a 6 awg and a 4 gauge have freyed to the point of becoming less than about a quarter of what they should be. Basically your pushing probably 500 amps through a 10ish gauge wire. That is VERY bad. I've got a top and side post combo yellow top optima. I use the side posts for all my stock wiring with a 1 awg pure copper welding cable for an added engine ground to that post. I use my top post for a 1 awg cable for battery to alternator and one for a chassis ground. Every connection is also soldered. I've got pics ill try and post them. Can't at the moment my phone is stupid.

 

Forgot to mention the reason I have a 1 awg to my alt is that its a 220amp alt. It helps to put an accessory ground to the starter mounting bolt too

 

you need about a 51"red wire to go to the starter and about an 18" red wire to go to the pdc. Go to Oreilly's and you can get them and a new pos terminal for about $12.00 I would get 4AWG but 2AWG would be better. With good wires, your jeep should have started in under 3 seconds. If your lazy, just cut the red wire going to the starter at top and bottom and leave it in the loom. Then just tape the new wire alongside.

 

Thanks for the help, this thread can be closed now. Picked up new wires and no more spark.
Also reason for not starting is bad coil pack and missing vacuum for map sensor. :P
