Could my drive train be to short for the lift causing the noise?

 

If you have tried everything else check the pinion bearing in your front end. I had the same problem with mine and it finally popped over the weekend. Grab your front driveshaft and see if there is any vertical play in it at all. If there is, chances are thats your problem.
Im still trying to figure out if I can fix mine on my own or not.
