So I took a girl on a date in my Jeep. My little nephew had been in my car and left 2 quarters in the passenger side seatbelt. While trying to get them out, she decided to stick the seatbelt in! Now the seatbelt wont unlatch. Suggestions? Has ANYONE ever had this happen?

Rofl jeep caught you a girl!
Seriously though you will have to take the plastic clamshell off so you can fish out the coins. Not sure. If it is glued or clipped on your model.

Bimmer ?
But seriously, that's hilarious.
Disassembly is gonna be needed, and if you have to chop something then chop the buckle on the inside of the seat. Easier to replace that than the reel mechanism.

Seriously, run the seat forward as much as possible. Is the girl still in it? See if you can get the bolt out on the floor by the console. As stated already, this part is the easiest to replace. Then thank your nephew!
My uncle had an older Cadillac and he kept blowing the accessory fuse instantly every time he put one in. He took it to the dealer and they finally found the problem. My cousin had put a penny in one of the rear seat cigarette lighter sockets! We laugh about it every time it's brought up over a couple of beers. Ricky says his dad tanned his bottom enough so he couldn't sit down for a couple of days.

My nephews daddy fixed the seatbelt. Luckily the quarters kept the internal mechanism from engaging fully so we just pried the belt out. Still works too. Bonus.
