That's what I'm going to be doing. I was mistaken though. It's the mechanical fan pulley. I got the belt diagram mixed up with another one and somehow thought the water pump was on the same pulley as the fan
but I will be pulling out the radiator. I might as well flush out the heater core while the coolant is out because I barely get warm air when I put the heat on high. And the coolant needs to be replaced anyways. Might as well do as much as I can while its apart.

Give yourself plenty of time and be patient. Your worst enemy here will be stuck screws and (if you haven't done it before) trying to figure out how to get the bolts loose on the fan pulley when it wants to turn under your wrench. Unless of course it's loose bolts that have allowed the pulley to walk out like that.
If you don't have a magnetic bolt tray, you might want to run by Harbor Freight and pick up one of their small round ones. There are a lot of screws in that upper radiator support, and it's very helpful to just be able to stick a magnetic tray on top of the valve cover and drop all the screws in there as you go so they don't wander off.

God idea. I will go pick one up. And yeah I mixed up my fan clutch pulley and water pump pulley and thought they were on the same pulley. But it is the fan clutch pulley which is right below the AC compressor and the water pump is above and to the left a little from the vibration dampener (I-6 4.0L if I forgot to mention that). But I am pulling the radiator out regardless. Replacing the coolant and flushing out the heater core is something that I need to do anyways. And a heater core hose needs to be replaced because it's hard (and the wrong size somehow but it doesn't leak). And does anyone know where to find the pulley for the mechanical fan? Or do I need to replace the whole setup (not the fan but and hopefully not the clutch but everything else on the m-fan assembly)?
I would replace the fan clutch as a unit.
Even if it's really tight, you can pull the fan clutch and fan shroud up & out together.
Save u time & hassle pulling the radiator. If your heater hoses are shot, the rad hoses probably need replacing. Pull all hoses, flush the heater core in both directions, pull the thermostat housing & flush the block & radiator also.
Replace the thermostat & the coolant.
Hopefully you'll be good to go.
