also i cant belive i did not mention this, it has a throttle body spacer it looks like. its orange so im guessing its not stock

Sure there's no vacuum leak around that spacer? Have you sprayed throttle body cleaner around the intake tract at idle to see if the speed changes?

Readjusted tps , 700 warm smooth rpms in park, also checked the spacer for vac leak , thank you all
