You wont shake the jeep to pieces. We do worse wheeling them.
You should look into an adjustable track bar and possible drop bracket. The bracket keeps the track bar aligned with the drag link of your steering. The adjustable track bar moves the axle back to the right (passenger side) to get it back centered under the jeep.
Anytime you lift a vehicle...or even lower, it changes the angles of your steering...thus you need to align it.
You can get a second person and do measurements and get your jeep about 95% aligned with just wrenches and a tape measure. After that its lasers and paying money to get that 5%.
I have an adjustable track bar and drop bracket in the forsale section if your interested.

I noticed my front end is really loose. Im going to replace the tie rod ends and the ball joints. I plan on getting the adjustable track bar with the bracket then an alignment but I have $000000 dollars in my bank account. I wont get paid till next week. I think I may park it till then. I hate to have to do that but any bump i go over I shake like crazy. I hope you still have the track bar for sale next week. If so i will buy it.

Its not easy.
Basically you have track bar bracket installed...Put the axle side of track bar on...Then using a level against the side fender, you have the other person use the steering wheel to turn left or right. Measure out from the edge of your Plum level to the edge of tire...then repeat on other side.
When you have both sides equally sticking out from the fender, you adjust the track bar to the length you need and bolt it up.
Pull jeep out and back in to garage and recheck measurements...adjust again if needed. Usually takes me twice to get it within a 1/4" of perfectly centered.

Another method that worked very well on my Jeep was to bolt the trac bar up on the frame side, and leave the axle side off. Get in the Jeep and start it up. Turn the wheel from full lock to full lock a few times (you might hear some loud popping, but that's OK...just the axle getting centered up). Once you've done this a few times measure at a place that's consistent on both sides of the Jeep (I.E. perhaps someplace in the wheel well to the middle of the tire or something) and you're axle should be as centered as it's ever going to get. Make sure you have the front wheels pointing straight for taking measurements....you're steering wheel will be way off from straight, but that's OK...you'll fix that when the rest of the alignment is done on the front end. If it's not centered up to your liking, try a few more turns of full lock to full lock. Make sure you're on level ground for all of this. When you get the axle where you want it, adjust the axle end of the trac bar (that you did NOT connect) and then bolt it up.
I used to sit there and try to rock the Jeep and do everything else under the sun to center up the axle and never could get it right. Read a few suggestions on the above method, and talked to a friend who does it that way and decided to give it a shot, and it worked great!
For doing an alignment, all you really can adjust is the toe. Here is a good write up on doing it on a XJ: http://www.go.jeep-xj.info/HowtoAlignment.htm
However the pictures on that one aren't the best, so here's one on how to do it on a TJ (which is the same steering set up as our XJ's) and has some better pictures: http://www.4x4xplor.com/alignment.html
Finally, here's a 3rd one (also for a TJ), but it gives a good description of what Caster, Camber, and Toe are and how to adjust them (if applicable): http://billhughes.com/TJalign.htm
I used to take mine in to get alignments as well....but I gave it a shot doing it myself last month and it worked great...I got it down to within 1/8" which is what everybody seems to call for. It doesn't really pull to the right or left anymore than the road makes it pull, so i'm happy.

well im going to give it a try. double check the tightness of ALL my bolts and then do and alignment and see how that goes. Thanks UNCC and Bouncy
Caster angle, did you check it when you installed the lift? It needs to be around 6 degrees positive caster. Tire balance can be a problem too. Lowering pressure may make it worse, IMHO!! New track bar?? There are a lot of things that it can be, trust me I'm still trying to find the cause of mine, after around $700.00 invested in the fight of the dreaded DW!! Good luck!!

Well I just went outside to work on it. i had a friend turn the steering wheel to see if anything was loose. The track bar was loose come to find out. lol. So i tighened that. Then I measured the toe in and out and found the toe to be in 3 inchs from the back. So now im working on adjusting that but now it started raining so it will have to wait

At least you found somethings that could be your cause. Get those fixed (after the rain) and let us know if it is cured.

ok. i test drove it and the server shaking has gone. now it just feels like its real loose. im guess this is the death wobble. i can feel in the steering wheel it wobbling. could it also be the stablizer as well.

And I love it.
