I am assuming we are talking about lining up the trackbar? If so here's the method I have used before that works..Just to add to what others said ontop of turning steering wheel with axle end unbolted you also can bounce the front end up, down, left and right and it will settle in it's natural position or it should anyways..Anyways just another thought and addition to whats been said already..

I jacked mine up and disconnected the original trackbar and let the frontend find it's center and then checked it with a tape measure. adjusted the trackbar and put it in place and bolted it down. Lowered it to the ground and then double checked the two trackbar bolts and called it good to go. I have checked it numerous times and it remains tight.

I'm not so sure. I adjusted mine in the air the first time, and when I set it back on the ground it was way off. I've been adjusting them on the ground ever since with no problems (and i've read and been told my many it's supposed to be done on the ground).

When I said I measured it I was measuring the old trackbar and adjusting the new one to be close to tha length. Everything has to be tightened up after it is on the ground and centered. Sorry I re-read what I posted and it sounds misleading, in retrospect I should mention that weight needs to be on the front end when things ars cinched down.

Ok so I went to the Advance Auto Parts and got all new upper and lower ball joints, inner and outer tie rod ends, a new steering stablizer (which im going to put on after I fix the death wobble, and the rest of the bushings that didnt come with the lift kit. Im hoping to come into work tomorrow and install everything minus the stablizer. I dont want to mask the wobble.
Quick Question: My back end of my jeep is lower that my front. Can I throw a block 1" block on the back to even it out???

Yes you can use blocks...Correction blocks are also available to adjust pinion angle.
If it were me, I would put longer shackles on like the boomerang ones and possible reweld on the spring perches to adjust the pinion angle. Also cut and reweld up the shock mounts to keep them from hanging down.
Where are you located anyways???? Your location isn't filled out.
