I would check both your intake air temp and your engine coolant temp sensor. As mentioned earlier, they both use the same chart that cruiser posted. Look around for any wire damage and check connections too.

You can do a rough check of your ect sensor, while it is still in the block, by unplugging the sensor connection and probing the sensor leads. Check it when the engine is cold,(note the temperature and ohms resistance)and also at different engine temps. You will get an idea if it needs replaced by the data you collect.
