one day i was driving and it started cuting out and would die if i floored it! but made it home! next day pulled the fuel pump and it pumped fine! hooked it back up checked fuel pressure at the rail and it was 37 wich the manual say 31 is good

now it wont start!

i have been having problems with the ignition not starting so i riged a wire off the starter soilnoid and i have had luck with that for awhile

but i have replaced

Try switching that relay with another known good one. Also I would check the signal for that relay and make sure it's good. Take a look at the ballast resistor on the left fender and make sure it isn't broken.

mine did something similar, i ripped the exhaust off in the woods, then like a week later when i put it all back together it wouldn't run well, and when you floored it it would die,

turns out the cat was blocked

i unbolted the exhaust after the header and it ran fine

so i just took a large pipe and smashed out the insides of the cat converter

still doesn't run perfect because the 02's are reading wrong, but now i can drive it again

just unbolt the exhaust after the header and see how it runs

have you checked the starter solenoid on the right fender, where all the power wires go to from the battery?
check the wires to it make sure they are tight and in good shape.

if its not cranking with the key, then either the ignition switch is bad or the NSS is not adjusted properly. take a look at those and get them working right before going any further. just because the NSS is in the same place as the old doesn't mean its in the right place.

My friend had a similar problem and we went to AZone and bought a heavy duty momentary push button and ran two wires to the starter and solenoid and now he starts it like that...Tj
