Heater not as hot it should be?

Arrow Heater not as hot it should be?

alright i have a 2000 jeep Cherokee and my heater works, but it seems like its not as hot as it should be.
i did a coolant system flush, and changed my thermostat
any ideas on what it can be?

What does the dash gauge say it's running at?

Verify that your temp and if it is getting up to normal operating temp. Check both hose to the heater core they should both be hot. You may want to try to flush the heater core again in both directions several times.

flushed last yr and got this ^

was -4f last weekend, heat wasnt good, so flushed again yesterday, got aboot a third the amount of crud

Flush the heater core back and forth and forth and back. works great. My heats almost too hot now!

My tempature gauge is like 210 or a little cooler, both lines to the heater core are hot as well

What did the coolant look like before, was it brown? Describe "its not as hot as it should be". What is the actual vent temperature now with the engine at operating temperature.

it is possible that your blend door is not closing all the way if you heater hoses are both "hot" and you still have middle of the road heat.

Estimate i would say 75 i think but i can check tomorrow with a laser thermometer, could it be my temperature control dial?
