So I figured out the problem. It was the new resistor I bought the coil was touching the outer cage which was shorting it out. So I grabbed the one off the donor jeep and took the bad ojne back got a new one. I installed the donor one and will keep the new one till it goes bad also grabbed the blower and a relay from the donor. Now we have 4 settings of heat. Let's road. Thanks for everyones help on this
