Headlights ok, no running lights

Headlights ok, no running lights
Headlights failed so I replaced the headlight switch, headlights position on the switch good, running lights only position doesn't work... I suspected the switch so fitted another, still no running lights. With the headlights on the tail lights work fine. Any suggestions?

Usually in the fuse box on the driver's side kick panel.
