Headlights not working

Model: Cherokee(SJ)
Yup checked for power at the plug, both low beam and high beam have power...It possible they switched the ground on the plug to make the HIDS work I’ve read that some cars need this done to make them work.. the high beam lit up on the bottom right of the plug and the low lit up in the top spot of the plug. Do you know which one is suppose to be ground.
