Headlights 1999 Jeep Cherokee?
You guys ever have trouble finding OE headlights for your Jeep.
I bought some H6054 Sylvania headlights and they were defective. The high beam didn't work and low beam is weak. Got them from AutoZone.
Bought Some H6054 Philips from Farm-&-Fleet, it didn't fit the plug-ins. They have little tabs that the original didn't have ( I know i should have payed attention) But i went by their computer.
Any Ideas to try?

I think you should concern yourself with upgrading the wiring harness first. Do a search--there is tons of information on it...and you can get a Putco harness from Amazon for about 30 bucks, it's all plug and play. Mostly. It adds relays to the lights, so that all of the power isn't forced through the headlight switch and weak wiring on the Cherokee. You'll immediately notice the difference after installation.

Running bone stock Sylvania H6504XVs in mine, before and after I upgraded the harness.
Proper H6054s have three prongs coming out of a PAR sealed lamp. There should be no shroud.
Definitely do the harness.

Redo your headlight grounds now even if you do a headlight harness upgrade later.
