Default Has anyone ever had problems with....

....the switch that won't let the vehicle start unless the A\T's in park?

Sometimes it won't turn over when key is turned, jiggling the gear shifter solves this so I'm thinking that's the problem.

Or is there a switch on the brake pedal, I don't know.

Yep,mine is doing it right now,I just push it in to start it,to lazy I guess to adjust it. Your brake only keeps you from putting it in gear.

If I find out where the switch is, and it's less than $50 I'm going to put in a new one.

It's called a Neutral Safety Switch and they average around $250 for an NIB.
It's located on the passenger side of the AW4 and is simple to remove, clean, lub and re-install.
Try the Search feature or Google for detailed info.
