harmonic balancer not spinning ....

So, I just pull the dang thing, replace it and I'm good to go?

Welllll yes.As long as the shaft isn't screwed up then you need a repair kit.

I think if the new balancer slides right on, or even the old part if you dont need a puller to get it off I think your screwed and need a repair kit.
