Harmonic balancer help
Just did mine a few weeks ago, and my jeep still isn't running (long story. check out my thread called anti-dealership rant). The tool from autozone stirpped the threads on my crankshaft, i HIGHLY recommend getting a professional to do this for you!! I got a dealership quote at around $140 if you already have a new balancer, independent shop will probably do it for less. Depending on your puller, No, you do not need to remove the radiator or fan. You only need to remove the oil pan if the puller also busts a hole in your timing chain cover, like mine did, and you have to replace the TC cover. even then, you can just use liquid gaskset and you'll be good to go.
Doing my HB was a pain in the you-know-what, next time i've gotta do it on a car, i'm bringing it to a shop. that little thing is costing me close to $600 now, and i'm mad as hell at my jeep and selling it as soon as it runs.
