Not to sound sarcastic, but...

Harmonic Balancer Puller, a bit of patience and a frothy beverage.
In THAT order.

I had to borrow a pulley puller from AutoZone. Much easier it looks like a claw with a bolt in the middle as you screw the bolt it pulls back on the claws sliding the pulley out.

hope that helps

Dont turn it. After you take the bolt out its suppose to slide straight out....

You need the pulley puller trust me or you are going to drive your self crazy, specially with the amount of room you have to work around it.

The pulley puller is free to rent from AutoZone with a deposit. It will come right out.

Well thats a different problem. Once the bolt is out the pulley slides out.

Put some wd-40 let it dry and then some heat with a torch. That allways works for me. I have gotten some bolts out of what seems like the rusted titanic with that technique

Make sure you only put heat to the head of the bolt.

The harmonic balancer has a rubber lining on the inside of the pulley ring, it might burn and start smelling if you put heat on that.

put it in gear block up the tires get a breaker bar and a long piece of pipe slide pipe on breaker bar and pull with the longer pipe you get better leverage and with the trans in gear and wheels blocked it will lock the motor from moving
