hard starting and really bad millage. Just put in new plugs and wires, didn't do it. Also just put some sea foam today so we'll see. What do you all think should be next? I really want to get this figured out before the winter cold comes through.

*Hard starting and poor mileage is not detailed enough. When does it start hard? Cold, hot, all the time? What kind of mileage are you getting? Need to do the math. Miles driven divided by gallons consumed; don't do any of that number of miles to a tank business; it is not that accurate.
1. Finish the tuneup with cap and rotor.
2. Check fuel pressure with a GAUGE. Compare your readings to factory spec.
3. Run a compression test on all cylinders. Compare your numbers to factory spec.

That sucks man. Once I hit 11mpg I was bummin, but new o2's and I can get 20mpg if I drive nice. Also on 235 dura tracs and only a BB. Like I said code reader. And if it is the o2's don't skimp on quality. Paid 110/ea for mine. Been told by one I overpaid.. Opinions...

Oh and BTW, a 93 does have an idle air control. All 4.0 engines have this.
