Hard start and water in my oil
So I have been having intermittent issues with my xj starting since I thought I fixed it by cleaning the iac and throttle body. It ran perfect for a week after cleaning it, now if i make a few short trips (0.25miles) to work, it has a hard time starting. Autozone told me my battery was at 47% and i needed to charge it last week. It cranks normal, but if it is acting up, it starts really weird and almost stalls, then gets up to idle in a few seconds. Since it is cranking fine, and all my lights work, I was lead to think it wasnt my battery.
while i was checking my oil today, i noticed milky swirls on both the dipstick and the fill cap. When i was showing someone after work when the jeep was cold, the oil looked fine. Could this water in my oil be related to my starting problem? The battery may not even be my problem if i have a cracked header or something?

Water in your oil is never good, indicates a blown head gasket. Take off your radiator cap and check for oil in your anti-freeze. I dont think it'd effect starting your jeep but I definetly think it'll make short work of your bearings if you dont get it taken care of soon if you do have a blown head gasket and a cracked header wouldnt cause a hard starting problem.

Did some searching, pretty sure it is just condensation from my really short trips to work and my lack of long trips to school this week. My coolant leaks a bit, but onto the ground not into my oil, so that level isnt going down much. My header seems to be fine, exhaust is normal smelling/looking also. I will do an oil change this weekend, it is 500 miles due, just been so damn busy.
Anything think condensation isn't my issue?

Unless you overheated your engine, it is most likely condensation build up. Shorten the interval of the oil changes in the cold weather.
And if that battery is at 47%, you have a problem. It is either the battery itself, or it is a charging problem.
If the battery passed LOAD TESTING, then you should test your charging system.
Something isn't right there and you need to figure out what is the root cause.
And find that coolant leak! Small leaks turn into big leaks into a microsecond, and then you will have bigger fish to fry. Tolerate NO coolant leaks. Ever.

Never overheated it, hell it cant even get up to 210. The battery is over 5 years old im told, the alternator tested good. autozone just said to charge the battery and clean the top of it, so i will be doing that when i get a charger. It passed the load test too. The coolant is leaking from either the heater control valve or a loose hose connected to it im pretty sure. just to damn cold for me to worry about it right now. The control valve was replaced last year, figure i just have to tighten the clamps.
