So I saw a gun on Craigslist selling his jeep and posted that he had a hand throttle installed. So I contacted him and he said he used a bicycle lever, hooked it up through the factory cruise control cable and attached it to his shifter. My question is does anyone have pics of this done this way or another way???

It's a very common upgrade for those that have manual trannys.

I was thinking the same thing but after seeing SeriousOffroad post it makes a lot of sense.

Yup, sometimes on steep obstacles and rocks, 2 feet are not enough. Although if your gear correctly and have a deep crawl ratio then its not really needed
