Speedometer cable unavailable?
I have been to every parts source and am searching online. Having trouble finding the correct speedo cable. I have an 88 without cruise control and everyone I talk to or everyplace i go says its not available. What is the deal? I have the np231 transfer case and the ba10 5 spd.

I had the exact saame problem with my 87 xj. But when all came to order it came to be that they had to give me a universal fit sspeedo cable that was suppose to be for a96 Cherokee. Works just lime a charm

Look in the Yellow Pages for a speedo/electric shop in your area, they should be able to make the cable for you.
