Haven't been able to check the coolant pressure. However, it stays at 195 as soon as the thermostat opens while I am in motion. I don't sit and idle much, just head out in the morning, stop for coffee, then head to work. Return is about the same. Fan clutch seemed fine when I replaced radiator.

A quick check you can do without a pressure test kit is to get the vehicle up to normal temp, then give the upper radiator hose a squeeze. It should be hard you shouldn't be able to squeeze it down.

It appears to be working correctly. After all the burping and such, cap didn't release in weeks, until it got somewhere over 210 indicated. IR thermometer was showing a few degrees higher.

Presuming fluid was exchanged with the overflow because the overflow fluid color is slightly different now from when I didn't get it completely evacuated during radiator swap. Overflow had some UV dye left in it, now it is changed.
