Gas tanks

My 88 has a bunch of tiny holes in the bottom of it, would the tank from my 95 fit in it.
there both jeep cherokee 4.0 i6 fuel injection

Okay thank you, and the bigger round spot for the sending unit??? that just unsrews out or pops out?

gas tank problem - 2004 cherokee

my jeep sensor started showing a warning that the number 5 injector was clogged and it was sputtering. i tried cleaner's and better gas. only after the tank reached under 1/2 full, did it run great.... now i keep it under half a tank. what would cause that?
