Windows sound like a wi dow lock button short if it works from the master switch but no other doors operate them search on here for a wi dow lock bypass its a common issue on newer cherokees and takes about five mins to fix

Fuse number 17 is for the radio its a 15 amp fuse
number 21 is for the horn relay 15 amp also

there is another fuse and relay center under the hood im not sure of the labeling on them but it should be under the cover thats located by the battery

Them would be the fuses id look at first also check bulbs in back if fuses look good if you already havnt done so

its on the site ill pull it up for you and i think that the lock is part of the whole master door switch so the whole thing would have to be replaced, i had the same thing on mine and bypassed it works good now, but you do lose the window lock function......i found the fuse for the reverse lamps its # 10 looks like a 15 amp fuse, i also have a wiring diagram for it, its for a 99 but im sure its pretty much the same thing

heres the link to the bypass (the good no more messing around method)

and you could try this one to test it to see if its for sure the problem before crossing the wires

https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f2/win...working-13287/

also what radio system do you have base or the premium amplified system, is the head unit stock or after market? I have diagrams for all that too

understandable haha, also if none of the fuses or anything on that are shot, dont forget to check and recheck the grounds.....test lights are indisposable for things like this
