The fuse clip which holds the 10 or 15 amp fuse for the o2 sensors popped out and the fuse no longer does anything. How would I go about fixing that? It's in the underhood fuse box

the clip for the fuse itself and not the fuse? like the little metel sleeve? it should be able to pop back in with ease if not bent , unless it was a 10 amp in a 15 amp , you may have melted something making it harder to seat back?

your positive its the o2s one? is is a 15 blue small amp..

the fuse box itself the black housing , should just slide up with no harm to anything , if you feel confident the box is two pieces , you can take it apart and see it from the bottem , but I don't know what else is underneath and may fall out.

it should look something like this under neath , a bunch of wires , nothing under pressure ,. it should be able to dismantle with the hassle of seating the wires correctly back inside without being clipped or pinched

Here's some pics to help you along with removing/dismantling the PDC.

First, remove the battery negative post connector.

Remove the small cover from the front of the PDC.

Remove both cables from the PDC bus bar.

From the passengr side, use a screwderiver to loosen the PDC bracket clips.

Once the PDC is free, use a screwdriver to unfasten the clips that hold the two halfs of the PDC.

It will now come apart so you can access the bottom.

See if you can push that fuse holder back in to position. It should click in place.
