Default Help ID this component

Took the 95 xj in last week and has a rebuilt transfer case put in, hearing a grinding noise when down shifting. Climbed underneath and saw this, I think it might be a part of the transmission mount and it looks to be scrapping the transmission can anyone identify this piece? Taking back to mechanic tomorrow.

That is your 4x4 shift linkage. On the second picture, at the top where it connects, check the body-side mount. It probably popped out of there. I'm talking about the "Torque Shift Bracket" listed here.
