hes in maui so hes prob just gettin home i have one he has a donnor truck that runs he swapped parts last nite all started the other truck the only thing he did not swap was the dist he needs to swap it

ya thats what i was talking about. relay was a big word for almost 1am. lol. u said your not getting any fuel to the engine? did u try the valve thing (cant think of what its called right now) on the fuel rail. shrader valve!! have some one push down on it and crank the key. it should be about 40 psi and it will spray. but i cant remember if you said you allready tried or not. sorry if u did.

yeah we put like 6 gal of gas in just to make sure. nah, i had good spark now and it was blue. right now im actually trying to find some kind of fuel pump reset button/switch. apparently theres something like that around this jeep.

yeah man tried that too. so we went and disconnected the hoses going into the fuel pump so it would be spraying out right from the tank but still nothing. haha dammit

nope, nothing from the fuel pump itself period except the fact that i hear it turn on but not pump hehe

thats exactly what mine was doin. and i replaced my pump and its all better now. is there a chance you replaced with a bad pump?

Im hoping not because that lock ring retainer was a pain the A to try to get back on.

ya man the only thing i can think of is pump or your pick up line. those were the two things advised to me. i had help with the lock ring. its better if you have a girl lay on a creeper next to you and push the pump while u situate the lock ring. lol it helps a ton.

haha yeah man if only there were alot of girls who are willing to get a little dirty or get under a car Id definitely do that. but yeah I tried to check all that stuff. Im almost gonna resort to the white flag and have a mobile mechanic fix it (a trustworthy one of course) hehe

this kinda sounds strange to me but another post came up the say that the white cerramic looking thing on inner fender by your air box is a fuel pump resistor swap them

just looked it up and its a ballast resisto to the fuel pump hope thats it
