fuel pump assembly questions

Poor mans prime or install a new fuel pump assembly. Bosch my first choice hands down and Carter as second choice. Never install an Airtex; there is a reliability issue with them IMHO.
No shortcuts. An inline check valve is NOT recommended for your 99! Worked on the old fuel system 95 and older, but not the new fuel system.
