Fresh development pulled in to the bank started bogging down really bad popped it in to neutral then it died now it won't start acts like it is right when you turn the key then it just cranks. I was looking and I have a ton of carbon build up in the intake. sometimes it will act like its gonna start when you let the key go also

Run seafoam through the TB if you have a lot of build up. I can't tell you how many times my jeeps been running like garbage, and that $10 can has saved me. It defiantly won't hurt the situation.

the rotor was defective there was literally no damage to the cap or rotor it just fell apart. it was weird i'm thinking maybe the fuel pressure regulator is bad but i'm gotta figure out how to test it first. gonna throw some seafoam in their also for good measure
what did you originally do? Details?
Also when the rotor came apart did you replace the cap? I would have?
What Parts company are you using?
if fuel pressure was good then look at your ignition system. sound like you may have a faulty cps, or ignition coil

- touch terminals for about 15 sec to discharge capacitors
- reconnect battery
- turn key to run (not start)
- turn on lights for 10 sec and turn off
- remove key
- put key in and start
my 98 xj will give me a tone on that first start indicating that the computer has been reset.
