And I went to the mechanic and he thought it would be the MAP sensor. That wasn't what was first on my mind. Could these stalling issues be caused by a MAP sensor?

Doubtful.

Ask him to give you one and if that fixes it, you'll pay him for it.

I got myself an old throttle body from the junkyard, with IAC, TPS and MAP, but the issues are still exactly the same.

So, the MAP didn't fix it?

No luck yet. Also cleaned the grounds, and replaced the CPS. Nothing, no change whatsoever.

Apparently it were the oxygen sensors. I replaced them a few weeks ago, but the codes never went off. I thought it couldn't hurt my driving other than just having a very bad mileage. But boy I was wrong! It caused the stalling.

So the first time stalling (when I originally opened this thread) the cause was the fuel pump, because after replacing that, it was gone for a few weeks.
Then the second time it was caused by the oxygen sensors.

I am trying to fix the oxygen sensors now in a different thread:
