FSM 2001 XJ
Hi guys, I'm new to the boards, but have been reading up on many topics here. I was wondering if someone here could help point me towards a 2001 FSM for an XJ? I was able to find a copy of a 2000 model year, but I'm not quite sure how many subtle differences there are (I'm assuming not many?). Regardless, I'd feel more comfortable with the proper year FSM.
I did a lot of forum searches, and as well internet searches, but all have come up empty for model year 2001. The closest I found was to try and register at jeepslimited.com, but funny thing about that site is it won't let me register! I'm not sure if something is broken on that site lately, since it says its been newly updated? So I gave up on that approach.
I'm aware of the instant download versions available on the net. If one of the members here is so kind to offer me a copy of one, it would spare me the cost. Otherwise, I will bite the bullet (a very good deal for $10).
Also, whats the deal with all the extended "diagnostic" manuals, which only appear available in hardcopy format? I read someone saying some of those manuals are only useful if you have the full on chrysler diagnostic tool. Does that apply to all of the diagnostic manuals (chassis, transmission, body, power train)? Are there any of those manuals which would be of interest to a normal DIY kind of person (who doesnt have the proprietary chrysler diagnostic tool)?
Thanks for all of your help in advance!

Hi, thanks for the link. I've seen that before too, but the drop down box says 1996-2001. Any idea which specific year's information is on that site? I believe there would be changes to the FSM through each of those years, although the changes are maybe minor? I'm not sure. I guess I'm still looking for the exact 2001 only FSM. Thanks!
