Front Spring Rubs

Front Spring Rubs
I am wondering if I am the only one to experience this: When going over a bump or pothole - usually the latter - the left front spring rubs against the pitman-arm mount / bracket. Everything is in place as it should be. 1996 XJ 2 WD
