That trackbar mount is enough to do it. The trick with that is to find or make washers that are a tight fit for the bolt, install the trackbar, then weld the washers to the mount. Tack them, remove the bar, then burn them! This ensures they are aligned before you weld them. Be sure to torque the bolts properly to prevent it happening again.
dang could of sworn I relied to you but guess I just thought about it....it bad getting old! Any way I was going to go that route but instead just drilled em out to next size up as it was not too bad. Although would be nice to use my welder more often that I bought for the floor pans replacement.

How did you get larger bolts to pass thru the bushing sleeve? Oh, wait! I went back and read your post. So it was the ball stud end mount that was loose? I didn't think of that.

No it was not on the bucket /ball but other end on passenger side guess should not of said frame end. I drilled it out did not take much think I went to a metric size.
