Hello everyone. I have noticed, starting today that I have a slight occasional pop when turning my jeep hard left. I'm pretty sure that it is coming from the passengers side front suspension. It's not a clunk, or a grind, but more a pop, like something is giving. I just replaced both of my sway bar links and in the process I cracked one of the blue bushings by tightening down too much. Do you think this could be the problem? Also I didn't torque anything because I'm fixing to lift and didn't want to do it twice, but I turned everything as tight as I could get it with a large ratchet. Any ideas?

Not sure you would see much play in axle u joints.
For what its worth check your trac bar. The axle hole mount likes to wallow out and cause havoc.

So I tried torquing everything I replaced, and I also checked the track bar axle end torque and had to tighten a little bit. I still have my pop. I did discover that it is only when I am rolling, it's perfectly silent when I am sitting still...
