My bumper came today and grill will be here tomorrow. If the bumper mounts up fine and the grill covers it then I'll just leave it. I have a feeling I'm going to need to pull it though.

I would stick a small hydraulic jack against the vibration damper-a small board inside the pulley to protect it and push it out. That will come out quickly.
