Default Front end frame damage

What would y'all recommend to fix this?

I've heard tie it to a tree and pull but I was thinking something a little safer lol. Would a 2 ton come along be enough to pull this out and straighten it up?

I'm assuming I'll have to chock the wheels and keep the e-brake on so it doesn't pull, right? I'm sure someone has done this before so I'd like a few pointers on safety. I'm a safe kinda person.

So rope the rear to a big tree and the come along to another tree then crank on the come along? That'll keep it secured I think. Unless you have a suggestion for that. I need to get this out quick though so I can get the bumper put back on.

I have a 5 ton tow rope so that should hold her in place nice and good.

2 ton or 4 ton come along? I'm thinking 4 since I'll be able to use it for other things too..

Use steel cable or a chain instead of rope. It will be safer since you will be pulling against a sharp edge plus there will be very little if any strech. Just my 2 pennies

I'm using a tow strap on the rear to hold it in place and a chain on the front. Hopefully nothing goes wrong...hopefully.

Use a ratcheting hand winch. Remove your rad and place a block of wood across that support to evenly distribute the force. No need for another car to pull you.

That cross brace is pretty thin, it won't take much to bend it out.

Just connect the tow-hitch to congress, it won't go anywhere. Seriously though, do you have a reason to straighten it? With a bumper and all on there I doubt that's even an issue?

That's a good idea but I'm afraid they'll spend a good 10 years debating how to do it and then another 15 years blaming each other. I'd never get it done lol.

There's no reason, I just want it straightened out a bit in case the new bumper isn't sitting flush on it. I'm hoping the bumper and new grill will hide the ding but I still need to spray it down with something so it doesn't rust since metal is exposed. My new bumper will be in tomorrow so if it doesn't cover it then I'm pulling it.

^^I agree with this^^
It is so thin that you wont need to anchor the back of the Jeep to anything. That sheet metal will rip apart before you even start to pull the Jeep. So if you decide to straighten it out make sure that you only pull it out a little at a time or you will end up with a bigger mess the what you had when you started.
Good Luck on whatever you decide to do.
