Front drive shaft question

Front drive shaft question

Is the length of the front drive shaft the same? I have a 98' and it seems a bit long for the d30 axle I put in. The axle came out of a 93 and it is a hp not sure if it is stock or not.

They should be the same exact length from a 93 I6 auto to a 98 I6 auto.

That's what I thought but it seems a bit long. I will assess further when I have time.

Automatic and standard are different lengths front shaft wise..
