front axle problems

Default front axle problems

so i put 2" coil spacers on the front and 3 inch blocks on the back of my jeep and now the front axle moves side to side bout 1/2 inch when i turn and it sounds like there is somethin loose or broke when i go over bumps. idk what it is and i need to get it fixed asap. it is my daily and i cant afford not to have her.

Try and take a look and see if anything is loose, trackbar?

X2 on that. The trac bar holds the axle in place side to side. Start there. Check to see if the joint is worn and that all the bolts on it are tight.

look at the trac bar frame mount have some one move the wheel back and forth and look at everything

alright thats what i thought. i have the track bar back in place but i havnt been able to get it tight again. would i need to lengthen it or get a new one or will it still work with the lift?

the stock one is fine with two inches of lift it just pulls the axle in on the passenger side

I lifted mine 3" and still have the original track bar so you should also be fine.

You have to tighten the hell out of the lower trackbar mount bolt. I've had it come loose on me the last two lifts i've done.
