I don't have an issue when applying the brakes... just when rolling down a straight stretch of road. And I have to hold the wheel an inch or so of counter-steer to keep it straight.
As far as the tires... I don't drive it enough to get an adverse wear pattern in them if it would be indicated there.

any professional opinion on whether or not the steering stabilizer could play a roll in this? I could be wrong and have a newer part failing...but the stabilizer is the one part I didn't replace because it seemed functional at the time.
How big of a roll and in what way does it play in the whole scheme of things?

This sounds like a tire issue. A tire can have no visible signs of a problem and still cause a pull. No matter what brand or mileage. Rotate the fronts to the back and rule that out first. A steering stabilizer won’t cause a pull.
