Default Found my misfire... :-( Now what?

Well I finally found my misfire under 1500 rpm's.

1- 120psi
2- 135psi
3- 90psi
4- 135psi
5- 135psi
6- 70psi

So now what? It only misses bad sometimes and it doesnt miss over 1500 rpm's. My dad said put some engine restore in it and just drive it. The motor makes no noise. No knocking or ticking. Head gasket was replaced 4 months ago by previous owner.

In the 2 that are bad squirt some oil in them and see if it comes up,if it does it is rings,if it does not it is valves. It will give you a direction to go at least. Restore can help for now unless it is valves.

I put restore in it and it didnt really do anything. It may have but it didnt stop the miss. Where do I put the oil? In the spark plug holes?

If it is rings then you will need to rebuild it,if it is the head you can have a machine shop rebuild the head for you, either way you will need to put some dollars in it.
Putting a new head on an old engine can cause problems with the lower end,the rings and bearings will not be new.
How many miles do you have?

140K Should I just drive it until it dies and then put a used engine in it?

Well its not the rings. Is there any way to tell if it is the valves or a crack in the head without tearing it down?

You can put air pressure in the spark plug hole and check the intake exhaust ports, you would still need to remove the intake,if it is bad enough you can fel it coming out the throttle body if it is an intake valve,it does not take much to loose that much compression. Mine was that bad and when I took it off I filled the runners with water,it just dripped until it was empty.
I do not know what your car needs are but if you can wait it will last for awhile still.

Just my .02.... I just went down this road.......

I had a few Dead lifters that would casue a miss when it was warm...jeep ran like a ape otherwise...Pulled the head cause i couldnt stand the ticking..Replaced ALL the lifters..Had the head sent to a machine shop for a Valve Job...turns out it was cracked in 2 spots between the valves... used no coolant and ran awesome...So i got a older head (7120 cast) and had a VJ done to it..i spent like 500 for everything the jeeps runs even stronger now...and has 164k
