91 tranny in 89 XJ?
the transmission is going in my 89 XJ, i found one on craiglist from a 91. My question is will there be any complications? Is there any difference in the transmissions?
From my research 91 was the year they started going to the 23-only splines rather than the 21/23 splines from earlier models.
